Ogden Management Group provides professional, hands-on property management and quality rental housing throughout Chicago’s South and West Sides. We manage a diverse portfolio of apartment communities and are committed to providing residents with well-maintained homes, responsive service, and a straightforward rental experience.
Our experienced in-house team oversees leasing, property management, maintenance, unit renovations, and day-to-day resident needs. With dedicated leasing professionals and a large maintenance team, we are able to respond quickly, maintain our properties consistently, and prepare homes efficiently for new residents.
We welcome residents from all backgrounds and work with a wide range of rental assistance and housing programs. Our team has experience working with more than a dozen voucher and subsidy programs throughout the Chicago area and understands the requirements and processes involved in helping voucher holders successfully find and move into their next home.
From market-rate apartments to voucher and subsidized housing, our goal is the same: to provide quality homes and dependable service.
